DEMAND TO BCSC

1. BCSC has been engaged in illegal procedures to COVER UP its involvement in protecting BARRICK GOLD CORPORATION, SILVER WHEATON, ROYAL GOLD, TSX and others, directly involved in peddling a FALSE PROSPECTUS MINA PASCUA 1994-2016 and PASCUA LAMA 2001-2017 at OSC - TSE and TSX, 1996 to date.

2. BCSC not only ignored the request to investigate, from the ex RH Paul Martin Jr. as Minister of Finance regarding the illegal financial markets activity of BARRICK at MINA PASCUA fraud, but BCSC went even further the other way, as it actively engaged itself in the cover-up by bringing down INFINEX VENTURES INC to demise, in order to shutdown "public business news of Barrick;s PASCUA LAMA FRAUD" during 2006-2099 inclusive.

Same modus operandi observed by TSX against Mountain West Resources - MWR-TSX, killed intentionally by TSX, forbidding MWR to "give me money" in blatant OBSTRUCTION & DELAY OF JUSTCIE, the kind of justice achieved today in Chile v. BCSC+Barrick.

3. BCSC again failed to act, when notified by me and my Lawyer Al;an G S Hultman, to ROMOLO DI FONZO that ROYAL GOLD had been sold royalties of PASCUA LAMA locating the asset SOUTH of the areas of litigation VILLAR v BARRICK, namely in the IV Region and far from the legal actual location of the ore body of Gold, Silver and Copper..

4. BCSC Romolo Di Fonzo and Michael Pesenti, failed again in the matters of SILVER WHEATON, this time Di Fonzo indicating that: "if Barrick says that STANLEY PARK VANCOUVER is located North East of Port Coquitlam, then STANLEY PARK VANCOUVER is actually located North of Port Coquitlam, so leave BCSC now"..!!

5. BCSC Romolo Di Fonzo, started working against me and Brent Johnson in favor of his permissive SILVER WHEATON & BARRICK PASCUA LAMA SILVER PONZI SCAM 2009-2017 where only my word was fulfilled ...

NO ONE OUNCE OF SILVER from MINA PASCUA CHILE, shall be delivered onto SILVER WHEATON + BARRICK'S fraudulent BCSC contract". 100% came to pass.

BCSC took it against MWR/MSX together with TSX producing alibis to protect Barrick peddling of the concessions TESOROS UNO 1 al 30 through to TESOROS DOCE 1 al 5, as legal property of MINERA NEVADA SpA, acquired AT INSIDERS ONLY PROFIT to both offending corporations from MINERA NEVADA LIMTADA2006 another link of Barrick's chain of corporations illegally tied to PASCUA LAMA FRAUD sold in criminal impersonation of title, to MINERA NEVADA SpA.

6. MINERA NEVADA SpA trades with BARRICK GOLD CORPORATION as owner of TESOROS concessions of 1997, located immediately above my 1996 concessions AMARILLOS SUR (3600) hectares, at OSC-TSX and SEC-NYSE, as PASCUA LAMA heart of Gold, yet; both MINERA NEVADA LIMITADA (falsified PASCUA LAMA PROTOCOL) and MINERA NEVADA SpA, admitted under oath at the 2nd Civil Court of Vallenar, that their TESOROS mining concessions titles DO NOT EXIST. "Only a word of mouth agreement".

7. BCSC had been informed of that since 2001 and with TSX went into a campaign of asking and demanding my information and legal startegy against Barrick, direct from me 1998-2006, from INFINEX 2006-2009, from ALAN G S HULTMAN, 2009 onward, from MWR, 201 onward, from MSX and Mr. Brent Johnson, from ALAN FINLAYSON, LEE TUPPER and many others, only to have Barrick "very likely" fed with our very highly confidential insider legal information, for Barrick to neutralize us in Chile at every step of the way. As it has occurred that BCSC and Barrick hold identical criminal legal stance.

Namely: Breach of Section 400(1) of the Criminal Act, peddling a FALSE PROSPECTUS PASCUA LAMA PONZI SCAM, willingly, knowingly to be flawed and in direct violation of Judicial Order Injunction C-1912-2001, issued June 06, 2001, duly registered on title against Barrick since June 12th, 2001. Invalidating Barrick's right to MINA PASCUA PROSPECTUS and PASCUA LAMA PROSPECTUS as traded in crime.

The permissiveness in Canada, is subjected to Chilean Law as the asset is in Chile.

The asset is being peddled in Canada under the permissive violation of a Judicial Order emanated from the Judicial Powers of Chile via 14th Civil Court, in my name Jorge R Lopehandia registered in the TESOROS titles, that Barrick indicated to own via MINERA NEVADA SpA when suing Judge Maria Isabel Reyes Kokisch in Chile with FALSE TESTIMONY.

8. BCSC had been made aware of these matters Dcember 03, 2015 in a very strong legal document Notarized by MSX Lawyer in Chile, which is proof against BCSC, as if BCSC had respected the context of the MSX Lawyer statements of facts and Chilean Judicial decisions; MSX would have been allowed to resume Trade December 2015.

9. December 16, 2015 PETER J. BRADY collected criminal impersonation of JUAN GUILLERMO TORRES FUENTEALBA by ROY LEON and together with ROY LEON fabricated evidence against MSX, that stands contrary to all Chilean Court decisions to date.

10. December 2016, again, MSX Lawyer sent a very strong message to BCSC and Roy Leon to end the charade v. MSX and to own up to be together peddling PASCUA LAMA FRAUD with Barrick.

11. BCSC during 2017, has engaged in PERSECUTION OF THE WITNESS of their own crimes with Barrick, again, MILKING & BILKING via abuse of procedures, legal strategy of my cases against Barrick in Chile. Decisively ignoring MSX Lawyer's legal opinion and updates with Chilean Judicial Power decisions, negating BCSC stance v. MSX.

12. Unable to have a decent response from BCSC and having received personal violent threats from ROMOLO DI FONZO; after BCSC has decided to ignore the Court decisions and evidence delivered by hand 2016; there was no other way to make BCSC understand, than to make them financially responsible of the PASCUA LAMA crimes alongside Barrick in Chile.

The Chilean Judicial system has agreed on my legal presentation and approved it WITHOUT CHANGES as requested.

BCSC insiders, ONE BY ONE shall be called to the Chilean bar,

ROMOLO DI FONZO & ROY LEON first, followed by SHAWN MC COLM, THERESA MITCHEL BANKS (author of a "with prejudice" letter to Mr. Brent Johnson) Betty Adema, Michael Pesenti, Peter J Brady BRENDA LEUNG and others.

For now, the sample, that Chilean Judicial system is serious about financial crimes abusing assets and the name of Chile.
